      Hi Marti20
We do alot of things when we are asleep – twitch our muscles, dream, sometimes we can kick and move about. My son (he’s 7) can get up in the middle of the night, shout and run around the house then get back into bed and go back to sleep. He doesn’t remember it in the morning as he has been ‘sleep walking’. All of this stuff is just normal behaviour and sometimes people just have a tendency to do this all their lives.

Jane gave a great answer to this earlier she said that spinal fluid washes over the brain when we are asleep to give it a good clean and clear up toxic buildup.
