      Hi mendes2014
nosebleeds occur for many different reasons, sometimes its because the nose is knocked other times its because we have been blowing it a lot. I’ve not heard of lack of vitamins causing nosebleeds. But some people do have problems with their ability to clot blood which means that stopping a nosebleed is very difficult. Being able to ‘clot’ is what stops bleeding and eventually a scab occurs.
