      This is because we have fluid in our ears which help to keep us balanced, a bit like a spirit level. When we spin, this fluid circulates, which puts us off balance.

      yes, its due to the fluid in the inner ear that swooshes around and sends messages to the brain. People who spin a lot don’t get dizzy any more, for example, ballet dancers learn to adapt to the spinning process
