      Hi @enderking134
Gosh, that’s really hard! I’ve re-written my answer several times here……I think I’d save cows so that we had a source of meat and milk and leather. Seems harsh but that’s the only reason we have cows now – to eat them! It’s not as if we keep them as pets and I acknowledge this is a pretty hard deal for the cows. Actually now I’m writing this, that’s really not great for the cows even now, I hadn’t really thought about it before…

Humans + 1 other? Hmm. How about bees, so that the plants would still get pollinated and so there would be something for us to eat?

I agree with Nick–let’s save the bees! Bees pollinate so many plants so we could grow food (and we can survive on a diet of just plants anyway).

I’m going to be pretty negative – there’s no point in saving just one. If there are only two species of animal left on the planet I doubt they’d last very long as we’re all interconnected and dependent on each other. Plants would die out with no animals to help fertilise or pollinate them. So would we then as there’d be no food.
