Maybe in the distant future, but at the moment no. A human body is so complicated that we are still only just beginning to understand how all the parts work, and we are nowhere near the technology to reanimate a human body the way Frankenstein did.
That said, our understanding of the human brain is coming along at an extraordinary pace. It may be possible, in our lifetimes, to simulate a human mind in a computer and have it control a robotic body. For me that would be astounding. Imagine a robot that has all the emotions and memories of a real person, that can think, feel and fall in love. If and when such a machine is made, I think it will raise all sorts of facinating questions about morality and what it means to be human.
